Security Policy

In the General Members' Meeting of February 21, 2019, the Safety Policy was established with 9 steps to be taken.

The starting point is the statement in which SV Kampong Tennis states: "SV Kampong Tennis wants to be a safe association where everyone can enjoy playing tennis. We have to work on this together!". The complete text of the Safety Policy is included below as a PDF file.

Subsequently, a confidential contact person was appointed (vcp@kampongtennis.nl), the Disciplinary Regulations were adopted and a Disciplinary Committee was set up.

Within the Internal Regulations a paragrapg about safety has been added and VOG statements from trainers and volunteers for whom this is relevant are collected.

SV Kampong Tennis expresses itself with this statement about safety at the association: “SV Kampong Tennis wants to be a safe association where everyone can enjoy playing tennis. We have to work on that together!

The SV Kampong Tennis Confidential Contact person helps with this. She is a central point of contact where you can go – possibly anonymously – with questions that you do not easily ask, or that you may fear will not be taken seriously. The confidential advisor is there for trainers, parents, supervisors as well as youth and senior members.

SV Kampong Tennis wants to make the following possible with this: report quickly, talk about it and ensure that an undesirable situation is ended (early) and does not worsen and recurrence can be prevented.

The confidential adviser can be reached by e-mail at vcp@kampongtennis.nl. The Safety Policy and Disciplinary Regulations are included below as PDFs.
