The board and the many volunteers at SV Kampong Tennis keep the club as fun and beautiful as possible for the members. Without the efforts of these volunteers, the many activities of our beautiful club would not be possible. Below you will find information about the board and the various committees. Board
The board consists of:

Committees

Activities committee
The Activities Committee is the driving force behind all tennis-related activities for senior members. Think of tournaments such as the Oktoberfest Tournament and the Oliebollen Tournament, or a casual Summer Evening Toss where you can join freely. If you would like to help out, you can contact the board or email the committee at the address below.
Bar team
The bar team consists of a number of regular volunteers led by our bar manager, Henk de Nijs. They ensure that our members and guests can enjoy a drink in our Tennis Pavilion. The bar team is always looking for volunteers who can help out, preferably for one or more fixed days per week or month. Club Championship Committee
Since 1980, the Club Championships have been organized at SV Kampong Tennis, and the winners in the highest category each year can be found on our website. The Club Championships Committee ensures every year that this week is one of the highlights of the year for many members.

Party committee
In addition to the Activities Committee, which focuses on tennis-related activities, there is also the Events Committee. They organize parties in the Pavilion and focus on activities for members that are not directly tennis-related, but that enhance the atmosphere at the club and in the pavilion.
Green Committee
At Kampong Tennis, we are very proud of our beautiful terrace garden, which is maintained by a dedicated group of members with green fingers.
Internal Competition Committee
During periods when there is no official competition and few tournaments, an internal competition is organized via email by the Kampong ITC, in which many members participate.

Maintenance Committee
The Maintenance Committee meets regularly and, when necessary, also on an ad hoc basis to ensure that our courts remain well maintained and that ongoing tasks around the club are taken care of.
Open Tournament Committee
After a long absence, Kampong Tennis has been organizing the Fenneke Schutte Open again annually since 2022, which has now taken the form of a weekend tournament. The Open Tournament Committee ensures that the tournament runs smoothly and that it is a pleasure to participate in every year.

Technical committee
The Technical Committee is responsible for organizing the KNLTB competitions at SV Kampong Tennis. This includes tasks such as team selection and court scheduling.

Volunteers AZC Tennis
SV Kampong Tennis offers people from the AZC the opportunity to play tennis once a week, supported by a group of dedicated volunteers. This group is always looking for new members. If this sounds interesting to you, you can contact someone from the board.
