Membership administration


Address or other changes

If you want to report a change of address, you can do so by sending an email to the member administration: ledenadministratie@kampongtennis.nl.

Please include the following information:

- surname

- first name

- date of birth

- membership number

- old address

- new address

- starting date

- telephone number

- e-mail address

- any comments


Terminating a membership

You are a member until you cancel your membership yourself. You must cancel your membership before 1 December of the last year that you are a member, otherwise your membership will be automatically extended. It is also possible to cancel your membership during the year, but in that case a fee of EUR 30,- is due to cover the fees of the KNLTB.

If you want to cancel your membership, you must notify the membership administration in writing before 1 December of any association year ( by post: Kampong Tennis Member Administration, Montrealdreef 12, 3564 KZ Utrecht or by e-mail to: ledenadministratie@kampongtennis.nl).

When a membership is terminated, a (written) confirmation will be sent by the membership administration. This confirmation is proof of termination of your membership. So store it safely.
